Shield IS-RTM is an essential tool for security professionals, IT personnel, and system integrators to proactively address network anomalies before they impact safety, compliance, or regulatory policies and mandates.
The App provides you with the means to keep an eye on your entire network while on the go in an easy-to-use yet robust single monitoring solution. Real-time monitoring via a non-intrusive means of probing information assets, IT infrastructure and physical security equipment provides valuable information and alerts to stakeholders on the availability and stability of network devices and services.
Shield IS-RTM works with a variety of devices, protocols, and technologies. Communications between sensors and the core application are securely encrypted. System parameters include, but are not limited to, availability, alerts, faults and performance characteristics, traffic and bandwidth statistics, WAN performance, and IP address monitoring.
Monitoring tools include
• Overall network status dashboard (Up/Down)
• Historical and trending graphs and charts
• Ticketing
• Push notifications
• SMS alerts
Common electronic security systems sensors are provided:
• Camera: Ping, camera up-time, and bandwidth
• UPS: Temperature, battery temperature, battery charge and runtime
• Video Management System Servers and Archivers: physical drive free space, logical drive state, ping, bandwidth utilized, server service state, CPU load, available memory, server uptime, anti-virus software and SQL server state
• GPS Time Clock Server: Ping, and SNTP
• Video Client Workstations: Video software applications, ping, CPU load, memory available, hard drive capacity, and anti-virus software
Additional sensors are available for managing any SNMP device within your network.
